  1. Hey pushbrk, I had few more questions: I received an email from NVC about my interview in Frankfurt: I never received physical mail. Would printing this email be enough? Another thing, on the USTravel Portal, I set up the delivery option, entered all data, but there is only an option to select a new interview date, and it isn't showing the one set up by the NVC: Is the case for CR1 interviews, because they are set up by NVC, and not through USTravel portal, or did something go wrong? Thank you again!
  2. Just for clarification: If the documents are already submitted, do I have to bring them with me, or just the originals?
  3. It was in Croatian. I have the original with me, but the translation is a digital only document. Do you think if I just printed, it would be fine? I am just making sure, because often we need a certified+notarized documents here in Germany, so I was just making sure.
  4. Hi, I have the interview for my CR1 Visa on the 19th of September in Frankfurt. I had a few questions: - We used an online translation service for my Criminal Records (Immitranslate) which was accepted by NVC. It is a PDF that says it is certified. This is what is required by the embassy: and this is the translation: If I print this out, will that be enough, or do I need to translate it again here in Germany? - What would happen if by accident one document is missing? - I need to bring PROOF OF DOCUMENT DELIVERY ADDRESS. Can I just bring the email from GTSpremium? - The USTravel portal is a bit confusing. Everything is filled out, but there is always a "continue" on the top left, even though the delivery was set up. It also doesn't have the interview date listed. Is that intended? Thank you in advance!
  5. We submitted all documents, and it shows everything was accepted. But we received a note saying: Please submit every 2022 W-2, 1099 for [my wife]. Because my wife is a student/contractor, but for 2022 she didn't receive any pay. For 2022 she only has a 1099 and no W-2. We have a joint sponsor: The documents from my wife: Documents from the joint sponsor: My documents: We have lawyers that are helping us, but now it is the weekend, and the 4th of July is coming up, and we are not sure what to do. Should we submit an inquiry or not?
  6. Oh sorry, I missed your other post. That is great to hear! Thank you so much!
  7. Thank you for this! Do you maybe remember how long it took for you to get DQ? That is the only information I am missing now, because if it takes a few months anyway, I can just go to my original appointment on the 25th of July.
  8. Thank you for the info! Yeah, I am only worried because of the interview date, which I don't have. So it's probably smarter to wait.
  9. Thank you for the info! I am not yet DQ'd, so it is probably smarter to wait a bit. Is the Case ID same as the Case Number on the CEAC webpage? Do you maybe know, how long does it take for the CEAC to review the documents, after all have been submitted?
  10. I am applying for a CR1. My wife is American, and she is currently in the USA. I am in Germany. We have submitted all documents, and now we are waiting to hopefully get the interview date soon. Getting an appointment for medical exams can take some time here. I got one that is on the 25th of July, but now one opened up for tomorrow. My question is, can I do the medical exam before I get the interview date or not? I am seeing conflicting information online, some saying you need only the case number, and some that you also need to have the interview scheduled already. Reading some forum posts, only the DS-260 and the case number is required. I am really conflicted now on what to do. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
