    My daughter-in-law has visa for her and her minor son, to come here to America to join her husband and two other kids, she has been registered for the “Pre-departure Orientation Seminar ”PDOS class coming to America, they say that the minor kid, age 9 has to have a barcoded page even though he is not required to attend the class, I tried several times to register him but failed. What can I do? Thanks
