  1. I have the same question as the OP. Applied for sibling in 2017 and received a receipt notice. Then nothing. No I130 approval. I assumed there’d be no communication until the 15 or so years were up. But reading about I130 approvals on here, I submitted an online inquiry. Two weeks later I got an automated reply stating that they’re looking in to it. That was about 3 months ago.
  2. DQ’d end of December. Still waiting to hear from the embassy in Cairo.
  3. PD: 01/27/2023 I-130 Approval: 12/26/2023 NVC Docs Submitted: 01/11/2024 NVC DQ: 01/16/2024
  4. CEAC update yesterday: case is documentarily qualified. “NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in CAIRO, EGYP to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner, and attorney (if applicable).”
  5. You’re absolutely right. When I posted my question, that column said N/A. Also, there was a statement about emailing documents before I started the application, which was confusing. But after I completed the application, the N/A changed to Civil Documents or Upload Documents or something like that and took me to an upload page. Thank you for your reply.
  6. For the Affidavit of Support, there’s a way to upload all the evidence and backup documents. In the DS260 section, there isn’t a way to upload (there’s just the application). How did you folks share your police certificates, birth certificates, etc? By email?
  7. I have a couple of questions about the Affidavit of Support. 1- Has anyone filed an I-864EZ? The instructions say that this can be used if there is only one beneficiary on the I-130 and if the petitioner is using his/her income alone. Is there any reason why the longer I-864 would be a better choice? 2- I will be using my own income to demonstrate that I qualify (no joint sponsor). Does my spouse still need to fill out an I-864A? Thank you for your help.
  8. I filed in January of last year and got approved at the end of last month; almost exactly 11 months.
  9. Never mind. It’s working now. Wasn’t working yesterday and earlier this morning.
  10. Can anyone access either of these two links? I can log into my case, but I can’t access these links that were included in my welcome letter. I’ve tried different browsers and different devices.
  11. I received the NVC welcome letter by email on 12/30. PD: 01/27 Approval: 12/26
  12. Like some of you, I also now see an approval letter in my account’s documents tab. It’s dated December 26th. I didn’t get any emails or texts. I have two questions: 1) Do we now just wait for the NVC welcome letter or can we use the information on the I-130 approval to pay the fees and start uploading documents? 2) I believe this next stage is where we’ll be uploading tax transcripts. Do we also upload the police clearance certificates now, or is that at the interview stage? Thank you and best of luck to those still waiting for I130 approval.
  13. Processing time estimate updated from 3 months to 2 months. Judging by the other posts here, it’ll take a few months longer than that.
  14. This week, the processing time changed from 4 months to 3 months. Going by other posts on this thread and others, that doesn’t necessarily mean much. But it’s nice to see an update regardless.
  15. I’m a naturalized US citizen and I filed for my mother on January 23rd of this year and received a receipt notice a few days later. The receipt mentions the Texas Service Center, so I assume that’s where the application is being processed. A few days ago, the estimated processing time changed from 11 months to 4 months.
