Hello,
I am in the process of filing I-130 online and am wondering if anyone has the same problem with uploaded documents disappearing/removing when file I-130 online.
I have uploaded my Native language documents to the "Information About Beneficiary In Their Native Written Language" question.
But the uploaded documents keep disappearing or removing after I sign out and sign back in to my account. I have tried to use different file names file type(pdf and JPEG), but it won't fix it.
This only happens in this particular question/section. Other uploaded files are intact and fine.
Any advise?
