Okay, so if she’s applying for a visitor visa, does that fall under the category of ‘B-2’? Im not sure what the process is for a Hong kong national who just wants a visa for the purpose of visiting the United States. Is there any more information on how to apply for a visit visa for Hong Kong national living in Canada?

My girlfriend is Hong Kong Nationality (Hong Kong Passport) and is living/studying in Canada. Can she apply for a US tourist visa within Canada or does she have to apply in her home town (Hong Kong)?
