Hi Everyone, my son has a F1 Student visa, ,we are having a nightmare setting up a visa appointment. Today they have sent him an email with barcodes to use the dxs courier services. He has spoken to the embassy on the phone today as we were told by his college that he has to attend a face to face interview, not use a courier system. They have advised they are not doing as many face to face so we have to use courier system, hes paid for premium delivery to have documents sent back to us ,but we are confused as how we get the documents to them? Is it by only using the courier system theyve provided? DXS? if so we dont have one anywhere near where we live, so will have to travel over 2 hours to nearest drop off location? Has anyone else used this system please, any advice would be appreciated? Thankyou
