Their concern is about covid, they want me to quarantine for 7 days and get PCR test. My runny nose just happened 1 day, it comes and go ever since before.

I'm from Mindanao, staying here in manila for 2 weeks. My 2nd day in medical exam went terrible, the doctors refused to immunize me just because I have runny nose that day. They want me back in July 16 but my interview is in July 15! What should I do??
