USC married UKC Dec 2007; Tried to get visa in 2008 via UK but was rejected to file via USA. Then spouse got a job in MiddleEast and we were in KSA x 3 years then moved to UAE. Things have changed re: filing forms since 2008. Hoping to have a smooth return to USA by the end of 2013. PD 30 May 2013. Now into 2014 and continue to wait...Transferred from NBC to NSC 30 Dec 2013.
