Hi all,
Has anyone sent a cashier check with their package? I have sent one from Navy Federal with:
-The amount in numbers for the I130.
-My name.
-Date.
-Signed.
- Pay to the order of US Department of Homeland Security.
I did not put the amount in writing. Is that an issue?
When I got the check, it already got charged from my account. So I can not check if USCIS already cashed it.
It's been two weeks. Is this correct?
I did it this way because for some reason my package got sent back because paying with visa didn't work for them and I did not want to take the risk again.
I just finally want my receipt number.
