Hi everyone, I am trying to prepare the documents for i751 and my ex spouse is writing me an affidavit providing support for my application. My ex spouse is very cooperative and wrote me an affidavit of 10 pages with full details. My lawyer says a 10-pages affidavit is fine but I am concerned that it’s too long for the immigration officer to read. any suggestions on how long the affidavit for the max can be appropriate? thanks everyone!
