    I'm following the 'may 2023' filers thread and that's how i'm working it out. Based on the current rate, i would expect that someone from july 12 would be approved the last week of july or first week of august

    I can't imagine it'll be much longer for you now... we're in the last week of April 2024 and you filed in the last week of april 2023 Check the documents tab!

    Filed June 6th 2023. In January our USCIS timeline went to 'your case is taking longer than expected'. In February it recalibrated and said '2 months'. As of today it says <1 week. Hopefully we hear something.

    My spouse is filing I-130 to petition for a marriage based green card and we are stuck on the question "Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?". The answers are 'yes', 'no' or 'unknown'. The reason we are stuck is because my father submitted form I-526 in 2019 (petition by standalone investor) and I was included in the form as a 'child under the age of 21 applying for a visa abroad'. I am now 24 and the petition was rejected in 2022. Does this count as someone filing a petition for me? The only information that was included of me was my name and DoB. Thanks !
