I did my physical exam already and fhey have my blood samples. Can they use that?

I tried pot in year 2017 in California just one puff and never tried it again ever. I admitted it during physical exam and they sent me fo psychological evaluation. They said they will submit the report directly to US embassy and asked me to wait for my visa interview.. Should i be worried that it might make me fail my visa application?
