    Yes I got my visa last year June. I'm live in usa now. I got refused after my interview, bcoz I forgot to bring my original sinhala birthday certificate. They asked me to submit it next day.i did it and it took 3 month to issued my visa

    My ceac status still showing "Ready ". Already 2 months now. No updates but they replied to my emails. They said "Your file has been submitted to the Visa Officer with the updated documents. We will contact you as soon as the review is completed.

    Hey. Can you tell me your status updated steps before they issued his visa. Mine status changed to ready from refused

    Most of the vaccines in that list are main vaccines which we gt in birth to age 5 . So don't worry your wife probably vaccinated. I got 4 missing vaccines at my medical checkup. If your wife is not sure about her Immunizations record you guys should contact your family doctor before the medical checkup.

    As my experience, Yes she can take them at the medical checkup. I did like that ( in Colombo Srilanka) if she has her immunization record book or card it will be easy

    Do I need to schedule another interview? During my interview they asked me to provide English translated marriage certificate. I forgot it so they asked me to submit it Asap and gave me yellow colour 221g. I submitted required document and after few weeks status changed to ready 😕

    Dont worry everything will be alright. Hope u ll get a good news soon. I think Srilanka US embassy is super slow. I had my interview on April 11th, during the interview they gave me 221g bcoz I forgot to bring original birth certificate, i submitted it next day after the interview. After that my Status changed to ready from refused on May 15th , since then Status is ready date changed 4times.

    If your status shows refused, that means they are not received your medical report yet. Don't worry refused means not denied. Once they received your medical report, your status will be changed to " Ready " or "Administrative" processing .

    As my experience you should bring original documents ( marriage certificate, birth certificate, civil documents) with photocopies. I got 221g yellow paper because I forgot to bring original birth certificate and English translated marriage certificate original copy ( In srilanka our nation language is sinhala) . So always take original documents to the interview , if u don't have originals with you then take certified copies.

    Ohoo. I forgot to bring my original birth certificate that's why they gave me 221g I was waiting since April 11th. They kept my passport and other documents

    After my interview I got 221g paper and they asked me to submit required document soon.so I did it soon. After one month later my ceac status changed to "ready" from refused. Again date updated twice but status still showing ready. What does it mean? I'm from srilanka, Colombo

    I got yellow 221g paper. Interview was on April 11th. Till May 14th my status was refused, after May 15th it changed to Ready ,since then date updated but status not changed. May 15th - ready May 17th - ready May 22nd- ready May 27 - ready ( last update) I'm confused, what does it mean , I submitted required document ( my birth certificate)

    I'm waiting for issue status my current ceac status is "Ready " don't no what does it mean. No call ,email from embassy I'm waiting since April 11th
