Hi all, I am not sure I have the correct forum, but I have a question about transiting and travel to the US. I believe we are in the final stretches of processing and nearing approval after admin processing. Our case status has changed to "received" and has changed from "immigrant" to 'non-immigrant" visa application.
I'm trying to plan ahead as much as possible for the flight back. In checking to see if there were any transit visa requirements for Korea, I used one of the airlines websites to check if any visa is needed. One requirement that was listed was that we would need either a letter signed by the non-custodial parent, a letter signed by both parents or the custodial agreement. I need to double check but I don't believe my fiancé has a custodial agreement as the children have always lived with her. Does anyone have any insight or advice on this and if it is truly a requirement for my Fiancé's children to travel to the US?
Thank you.
