Yes, we constantly checked for the last two years on monthly basis, but unfortunately, it stopped right on November 22, and did not move until this month, since then. So, priority date became current this month only, which is May 2023.
If you calculate the CSPA using chart B (filing date) rather than Chart A (Final date), should CSPA hold for this child.
what would be 'Chart B' date for this calculation? Is this from May 2023 or May 2020 where the priority date is eligible from chart b?
It's very confusing, as the interview is scheduled for June first week, but wanted to check ahead if this will work.
