    Hi! While registering for my pdos appointment onsite in manila, data error happened. All the infos that I entered was correct but when the page refreshed, some data became blank again. The problem is my visa type, it was changed too but I am unable to correct it because it was greyed out. I tried to contact cfo thru phone but I cannot get a customer rep. The registration was not finished. The barcode was not generated yet. What should i do? Thanks.

    Hi! I have the same problem. Plastic was opened but the envelope was still intact what happend to your case? Did that cause any problem?
