  1. Hi everyone. I had my hardship waiver approved recently 19 months after my i612 was sent to the DOS. My lawyer filed family based i485 as well in September 2021 and I had an interview in April 2022 while my i612 was still pending. The officer didn’t deny my 485 but didn’t approve it either and my case was sent to another office of Jurisdiction since then. my question now since my waiver is already approved by the DOS and recently by USCIS, how long will it take to have my 485 approved if anybody knows?. I appreciate your input.

  4. I sent updated hardship statement and brief with some evidence and proof of the new hardship to the DOS. Today while I was checking the status of the case, I found new update (other) date June 1/2023. Does this mean that they considered the information I sent?
  5. I was told by a friend that these cases were posted earlier here in October 2022 and all these cases were pending at that time. Sharing with you guys some updates about this post for the FR dates: first one is the 612/613 date and the last one is the decision’s date: 1714204: Pending 10/2021 1714680: Pending 11/2021 1716496: Pending 11/2021 1716524: Pending 12/2021 1714456: Pending 12/2021 1715800: Pending 1/2022 1717044: Pending 1/2022 1713488: Pending 1/2022 1713976: Pending 2/2022 1715812: Pending 3/2022 1716100: Pending 3/2022 1716280: Pending 3/2022 1716444: Pending 3/2022 1714700: Pending 7/2022 1715316: Pending 7/2022 1716720: Pending 1/2023 1713600: FR (8/2021-12/2022) 1715308: FR (10/2021-12/2022) 1716552: FR (12/2021-4/2023) 1715308: FR (1/2022-12/2022) 1715552: FR (1/2022-11/2022) 1715556: FR (10/2021-3/2023) 1716924: FR (9/2021-5/2023) 1716960: NFR (10/2021- 2/2023): sponsor 1715868: NFR (10/2021-4/2023)
  6. Thank you guys so much for your response. I really appreciate it!
  7. Yes my case was forwarded fro USCIS to DOS and has been pending since March 2022. I want to update my hardship statement, how should I proceed
  8. Hello everyone, I am seeking your assistance. I submitted my exceptional hardship case to the Department of State (DOS) in March 2022, and it has been pending since then. I have some updates regarding my son's medical condition, which I believe can support my case and improve my chances of receiving favorable recommendations. I am wondering whether I should submit a completely new hardship case or just send an updated hardship statement to the DOS. I would be grateful for your insights and suggestions on this matter. Thank you.
