    What reason did you provide to be expedited? There are very few reasons (for example, the US citizen is on active military duty) Also USCIS is processing 5000-5500 cases per month now. If you file now you should be getting response from USCIS by February-March 2024, and your visa during summer (although this depends on your local embassy)

    At the I129F form you need to specificate which U.S. Embassy is going to receive the case once USCIS and NVC approve it. If USCIS keeps processing cases like it's doing now you should be getting a response in 10 months, so plan accordingly
