On Monday, their case status changed to "In Transit" to the consulate in Ciudad Juarez. Yesterday their case changed to "Ready". However, she never received an email with the interview information. Today she called the consulate and they said they haven't received the case yet. Is this just a timing issue, and she should receive an appointment email shortly?
