    How long should I expect to wait to receive my 1st NOA from USCIS after sending in my AOS application? My AOS applicaton was delivered to the USCIS Phoenix, AZ Lockbock on 06/13/2023, but I still have not heard anything back from USCIS. They have yet to charge my credit card for the Visa fees as well.

    Hi all, My fiance and I are in the process of applying for our marriage license as he is here on a K1 visa. On the marriage license, it asks for his Country of Residence. Is his Residency Status on the K1 visa the United States, or the foreign country he is from? Thank you for the clarification!
