You guys might be able to get slots this coming tuesday .. check ealy around 9-9:30 am .. also dont use all your clicks in one hour.. spread them apart . Over 9-12. Since October is all booked "IF" new spots open up .. u will get dates for November

yes after like 4 times of checking it would say daily limit reached .. so later on i would just check around 9 and then 12 and 2 ... But on the day I was able to book.. i checked around 10 am and the slots were open

SO you guys didn't book yet dates for October are booked. last batch of dates was offered on 15th august .you are most likely to find one for November now. keep checking especially every Tuesday around 8:30 am. We had to wait 2 weeks before we were able to book a slot

you should have paid the fees by now .. u need to fill up the ds 160 and get an interview date, maybe you probably already booked the interview as its been a week already

So I paid my fees in cash at bank ... and next day I logged in again and i found it didn't ask me for receipt number, it automatically showed my ID number as receipt number, and it allowed me to move to next page to schedule the interview (however every time it shows no dates available. How do I confirm if they have received my payment or not ? I feel I might have done something wrong and that's why its not showing me any dates available . As far as I know we have to enter the receipt number ourself. Can anyone confirm if they also have their ID showing up as receipt number ?

Haven't tried that. Guess its better for the case to change to ready before paying the fees and selecting a date. Thats what everyone says

how do we know which embassy will let us go ahead ?

Just to clear up some of the confusion, we can pay Visa fee after case status shows 'ready' (before local embassy email) but we have to wait for local embassy email to beneficiary for booking the interview ? Or can we go ahead book the date as well ? Is it the same across all embassies or country dependant ? How do we know if embassy will contact us or not ?

Just got our case # day 75. 4ht inquiry, each one week apart. 1st inquiry reply: case waiting to be entered in systems. 2nd inquiry reply: we dont have your case. 3rd Inquiry reply: case waiting to be entered in systems. 4th inquiry reply: case number via email. can someone guide what is next step for us ?

The backlog just keeps on growing, its now at 39 days up from 12 days just one month back

the point is it doesn't help when you receive "case received" mail , and we inquire 2 weeks after that and get a reply case is not received yet. like what do we do then ?

Well you are lucky if you receive the same "awaiting for data entry into systems message" with multiple inquiries. For Me : INQUIRY 1: we have the case and its awaiting entry into systems. INQUIRY 2: we don't have the case. we have the case > adabrakadabra > now we dont 😂
