    When I try to schedule my interview, this message shows up it’s been days like this. And k1 doesn’t show up as an option for the vacs appointment. Does anyone have any idea what i should do? thank you in advance

    I got my case number august 25th, I’m still waiting for the case to be ready, what is the website I’ll use to upload the documents? I already did my ds160

    Does Nvc research give out case numbers? Or only through the inquiry form?

    Yes! You should email NVCResearch@state.gov. They get back to you within 24hrs.

    Mine arrived the same way, I contacted uscis and the agent told me that it will still be sent to nvc. He said that it’s the samething.

    No, all i got is the approval letter from uscis. I just wanted to know if i should be worried that it does not mention the NVC.

    I know they are taking forever but I do think it depends on the country. I’ve seen several from Dominican Republic that get it after a month to almost 2 months but no longer than that.

    My no2 was July 3rd.

    But I was under the impression that it goes to the NVC first & then they send it over to the consulate.

    Hi, I recently got approved but my approval letter just states “the petition has been approved & sent to the consulate listed” (none specified). My brother received his letter which states it was sent to nvc & will receive a welcome letter. Should I be worried about this?
