  1. 124 days and no case number. I should be getting this quite soon..
  2. did you receive this email prior? Someone else received an email like yours right after this prior email
  3. yea i was checking other chat groups and 3-4 weeks is the consensus
  4. how long does the case number gets generated after NVC receives the petition? NVC notified me they received the petition 6/6/23 but still waiting for entry into their systems.
  5. Update, day 104 since NOA2 and multiple pokes and inquiries to USCIS, NVC, and my congressman, NVC emailed me this. Crosses fingers
  6. Yea I called them. the blame it on NVC, nothing they could do. When I asked for a tier 2 agent, they said since it was approved nothing that person could do either. I told them the whole problem is the petition is still at USCIS, more waiting. So i sent a request through askemma. I'll call them again tho
  7. I called USCIS asked for a tier 2 agent, they told me that wasnt needed since my petition was approved. They told me since I made an inquiry already to USCIS 5/23, I had to wait another 30 days before I make another inquiry. Went ahead and chatted with Ask emma: They submitted a service request to California about my petition. I guess I just need to wait. It is now 103 days since NOA2 and no case number.
  8. Thank you, i'll do so Also Id like to add this phone number for USCIS: 212-620-3418
  9. mutliple inquiries to NVC, my congressman, askemma i will call USCIS as well
  10. Its been 100 days since NOA2 and no case number from NVC. I am getting concerned
  11. So we should reach out to USCIS for an extension for NOA2? its been 90 days and no case number from NVC. My expiry is in June 2023..
  12. Same here. I talked to the live agent at AskEmma. Seems like an inquiry can be made every 90 days. Also seems like USCIS is holding on to approved cases for as long as 90 days now before sending to NVC for some reason.
  13. Call USCIS at 800-375-5283 and say "info pass", try to get a tier 2 representative
