After sending an email to kcc document, this is the answer that the system gave us. I didn't understand if only the winners of 2023 are not being processed now or not at all.

In my opinion, it is better to email (KCC Document) with the same text as before and see what answer they give to our email, the document part is different from KCC itself.

His correct date of birth is July 21, 1987, while my correct date of birth is October 25, 1988. Due to this mistake, my repeated attempts to access the DS-260 form have resulted in my form being blocked. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case and guiding me through the necessary steps for identity verification and submission of the required legal documents. The question is, how do we convince KCC that we are eligible to receive the result and what should be the process of writing an email for a definitive result so that they direct us directly to the embassy for authentication?
