    We did get married within the 90 days, and I chose person admitted to United States as a fiancé. I’m thinking I should just withdraw the I-130 now? Okay we did, so I should just withdraw it? Do you know if I’ll have any issues doing so?

    So I came over on a k1 visa, we got married and filed for I-485, but I was also told to apply for form I-130 so we did that too online. Now I’m being told that wasn’t necessary. Is that true? Should I withdraw the I-130?
