Need some advice from VJ members
I work for a US Multinational.
I have had 2 B1/B2 visa rejections : both times 214 B - visa rejection. That was like 3 years back.
I have been missing out on many important team meetings, presentations without a visa.
My company wants me to travel for an important mtg in Sept, so I want to apply for the B1 B2 again .
How do I prepare my case and answer qtns.
During my second rejection I was asked what is different from the last time you attended the interview.
This time I do want to be prepared to answer this qtn. What is a good answer to this qtn - what info should you include ?
Also during my second interview (and rejection) the visa officer didn’t even ask me for my invite letter .
So should we provide all related documents even if they don’t ask for it .
How do I demonstrate ties to home country? My job is in my home country and my parents live with me. I have my entire family here in my home county. Not sure what I can emphasise, that can convince the officer that I will return back home.
Please give me some suggestions and advice. Thanks
