  1. Which will prolong your waiting time of v receiving an interview letter.
  2. And please note everyone, once you are documentary qualified, and NVC suddenly asks for more evidence, please don't upload any evidence until you receive an interview letter, else it will change your previous documentary qualified date to a new documentary qualified date which
  3. After making the payment, it takes about 3 days to be approved, after which you start filing your civil documents. After submitting the required documents I listed above, then you await to be documentary qualified which takes roughly 3 days to 2weeks to be documentarily qualified
  4. The welcome letter will contain your login details to the ceac portal. Once you login, you'll be required to pay some fees $425 if I remember correctly(mind you you can't pay with a credit or debit card, it has to be a savings or checking account). Which will take 3 days or more to process, after which you'll be granted access to fill your ds-260 forms and submit your civil documents. The petitioner on his end will be required to fill and submit an Affidavit of Support, provide his recent tax return or transcripts, and w-2s. NVC Requirments Petitioner/Sponsor 1- form I-864 Affidavit of support 2- Tax return transcripts and W2 (most recent) 3- Proof of US Citizenship 4- Proof of Current employment 5- final divorce degree (if applicable to her) Applicant/Beneficiary civil documents 1- passport data page 2- passport photograph 3- Birth certificate 4- Marriage certificate 5- Police report 6- final divorce degree (if applicable to you

  7. 15th PD, if you don't get approved from today till Friday max, then ensure to contact the USCIS.
  8. You should be approved this week or next week or next week max. Congratulations
  9. Someone made such mistake and that was how he handled it. Go through what I said very well so that you will understand it. There's a space for additional information, write a letter explaining the mistake and upload it attaching your divorce document to it
  10. Your PD says May 17th, yes you will be approved this week. Any moment from now. Congratulations
  11. Please refresh your email or check under your document tab on your USCIS account. 18th PD just got approved. Regardless relax, just be assured you will hear from them before the week runs out. And yes, they are still working based off the priority date. Congratulations Congratulations
  12. Alright that's good, but you should also try out my little input, it should bring about a quick response so that you can also get to NVC this month.
  13. Okay, here is my advice, you should upload it in the right place and submit again. Then in addition, you the petitioner can write a letter and upload in additional document explaining that the mistake was made during the uploading phase. Also attach the RFE and mail to the USCIS address. It shouldn't be a problem. Please do this first and let me know the outcome
  14. Has your wife ever filed for a B1/B2 visa before? Probably as a married person?
  15. It was sent to NVC yesterday. We were approved on Tuesday, so basically it took them one working day to process it being Friday. NVC Welcome Letter should come this week, probably by or before Thursday
  16. That's sad, have you tried writing to them? Was your case initially handled by an attorney?
  17. Sorry, just seeing this now... any progress yet? I will write you shortly
  18. It's been sent to the NVC, hopeful that the welcome letter will come this week or next week.
  19. Hi, have you checked your email today? Your case is most likely to have been moved to the department of state by the USCIS, correct?
