  1. @Unknown1234543did you use a lawyer or you did the filing yourself?
  2. Keep checking your email, but if you get nothing till tomorrow, then still go to Police State CID, they will take it up from there and do your capturing for you
  3. I got mine same day. You should go to any Police State CID in your state for your capturing tomorrow or Friday. They will give it to you
  4. Yeah, this week, tomorrow to Friday. Congratulations
  5. You stand a good chance of being approved by Thursday but due to the independence day, you might be approved on Friday, or Monday max.
  6. I received a welcome letter after 4 working days. Welcome Letter comes with your login details, your ID number and password. Case sent to the department of state is what USCIS tells you to let you know that your case has been approved by them and it has been forwarded to the department of state. You then await your welcome letter from the NVC which comes with your login details.
  7. I had a little set back, my hubby mixed a document, but it's been sorted out. I should be DQ'D tomorrow. Thank you
  8. Ignore the estimates, is not accurate. You should be approved any moment from now. By or before 17th max. Congratulations
  9. You should be approved any moment from now. Next week Wednesday max. Congratulations
  10. Your priority date is when you submitted your application to the USCIS, that is your i130 petition. Which I believe is 23 May 2023 as you stated above. NVC does not give a priority date, you only have one priority date. As you have been approved now by the USCIS, NVC will send you a welcome letter, hopefully before weekend, after which you will be asked to make payment for your Affidavit of Support and IV, after making the payment, NVC will have to confirm your payment before you and your spouse can proceed with submission of your documents which takes roughly a week, then you will be given access to fill out your DS-260, Affidavit of Support and Civil Documents. After you have submitted your application, NVC will now accept your documents within a week, and that is when you are officially Documentary Qualified. While USCIS gives Priority Date, NVC gives Documentary Qualified Date which is what the embassy will use to determine your interview time. NVC process takes roughly 3 weeks to be documentary qualified. Congratulations
  11. Two more weeks to be documentary qualified. Congratulations
  12. You stand a very good chance of being approved by or before second week of July, two weeks from now max. Congratulations
  13. Could you send me the link?
  14. Hi Guys, this group is created for people that have passed the USCIS stage and are Documentary qualified but still waiting for interview dates. Let's share information and updates
  15. That solely depends on the person's country. It depends even the country has backlog or not. Which country is the beneficiary from?
  16. It takes about 3 to 4 working days for the payments to be confirmed, and it takes about 7days to 14 days for the submitted documents to be accepted, which is being documentary qualified. Yes I have submitted my documents, waiting for it to be accepted, hopefully this week. Did you pay for the affidavit of support and the IV payment together?
  17. It's for those that USCIS deems their case to be complicated, but like I said, all cases are different and hopefully between this week and next two weeks, all May filers will be approved.
