Hello all, I'm the main sponsor for my husband and we live abroad. Since I don't make enough income, my dad agreed to be a joint sponsor. My dad and I have both filed I-864 forms. Does my mom need to file an I-864A form because she is married and files taxes jointly with my father even though she doesn't contribute to their income? Thank you for your help!
