Hi everyone, I am a Filipino citizen, and my wife has been working in the US for almost 8 years. She sponsored me for an F2A family visa, with my priority date being November 23, 2021. Recently, the Visa Bulletin (VB) status has become stable, showing very consistent increments. The latest VB, released yesterday, was for November 15, 2021. Unfortunately, I wasn't included this time, but that's okay. I'm hopeful that my Priority Date (PD) will be included in next month's VB (June 2024). My question is, if my PD were to be included in next month's VB, how long would it typically take to receive a notification to schedule an interview at the Philippine embassy? I apologize for my eagerness; although I know it's not current yet, I'm just trying to get an idea of the waiting time. Hi everyone! just wondering if someone has experienced the same as me. I got email from NVC saying "All required documents have been received and approved". Does this mean I am DQ? I am also confused because when I check the Applicant information "Civil Document" says "Incomplete" and when I open it, all the rest are accepted however there is one document with status says "Missing". If incase, I am already DQ based on that email. How long will it take for the interview to happen? PD: 25-Nov-2021 DQ: 23-Jul-2023 (if I'm DQ based on that message mentioned above) On the other hand, my sponsor (my wife) document is all accepted. Thanks in Advance!! Bongskie

Hi, No i did not get any affidavit. I am now on the process of obtaining my Saudi police clearance. I am not discouraging you but its too chqllengibg because of the requirements. But its possible. You need to have a representative also in saudi arabia to process the said clearance. Now my police clearance is on goibg and i hope it will be release 2-3 weeks from now.

In the "Present and Previous Address Information" where you got to mention in chronological order the places or addresses you've been from the day you turned 16 up to present. Hello and happy day to all! I'm new here, and I could need some help with my situation. My wife submitted my F2A on my behalf. She has a green card and is currently employed in the USA. Getting police clearance in every country I've worked with is one of the difficult prerequisites. Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Macao, and Dubai are the nations. First, I'd want to talk about Saudi Arabia because it's quite challenging since I don't have my iqama copy already and KSA is a very strict country as we all know. I am confident that this is achievable, but because I am currently in the Philippines, could you kindly advise where I should begin? advice me, pls.
