Why? Because if ONE applicant's package gets rejected, BOTH will be rejected because the payment will be incorrect.

 

I won't quote fee amounts because you have failed to mention the K2's age which matters. 

See the I485 form's webpage bullets for current fees or use the handy calculator that USCIS offers. 

If he’s 10 yrs old it would be $750 for him and $1225 for my fiance if I’m reading right and separate checks! Thanks for the help

I’m about to file i485 for my wife and step son, do I need to make separate check for each i485 even though they will be mailed together? Would it be a check for $1975 or 2 checks for $750 and $1225? Also stumbled upon my stepson needing a EAD in order to get his SSN, is this correct? Thanks in advance

I've received my case number and invoice id thru the inquiry email. I'm getting confused as to whether im to receive a letter from NVC to schedule an interview or theyre to schedule interview and notify me when ready. I've gone on CEAC and entered case number and invoice number and i get the "case ready" . I just filled out DS-160 couple days ago. What are my next steps??  I'm also reading that i must schedule interview myself... tried that and says not ready for interview. Also read i must pay visa fees, where do i pay my visa fees?

How would one pay "MRV Fee"? when i go to ceac to pay fees it says k1 visas are non immigrant visas...
