    YES , i uploaded everything, taxes, w2, work employment letter, pay stubs, proof of residency, proof of nationality, i864, and the required civil documents, where i can find the country specific guidelines

    Hi still waiting, i submitted an inquiry to ask why i haven't received a DQ letter they replied "We are unable to advise you which Affidavit of Support form you are required to complete........" i think is computerize because i didn't get a right answer i don't know what should i do

    They asked about w2 and taxes and they are already uploaded I don’t know why they asked about evidence of income do you know someone can help or advice me

    I checked I didn’t receive anything also I submitted an inquiry they replied with an instructions of how we upload documents so I don’t if it’s a person who replied or a computer i am really frustrated thanks for ur help

    There is no missing document all the document are uploaded and accepted I received yesterday a message please upload the evidence of income but we already uploaded all the taxes and W2s and they are accepted and evidence of income are not a required documents so do i need to submit the evidence of income even if everything shows as accepted

    How long it takes after approved the documents to receive that email all my documents are accepted and i am waiting for the letter from NVC and each week they send us a message please upload those documents we uploaded all the required documents and they are accepted I don’t know what we should do else to get the letter

    hi, I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM, I HAVE ADDED THE JOINT SPONSOR NAME BUT I CAN'T ADD ANY DOCUMENT IT DISPLAYED AS N/A AND I HAVE TO ADD THE SPONSOR HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AND WHEN I AM ADDING NEW HOUSEHOLD THE SPONSOR NAME DOESN'T APPEAR IT'S ONLY SHOWS THE PETITIONER NAME, WHAT DID YOU DO AND HOW LONG IT TAKES TO LET YOU SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS

    they mentioned that the sponsor will display in 1 hour so now it will take 5 days to be approved and submit documents?

    but the household is the joint sponsor's spouse , but when trying to add the household member, I can only select the petitioner and i want to select the joint sponsor and its name doesn't appear , just to clarify i have to wait 5 days to get the request of adding a joint sponsor approved ? is there any way to speed up

    i have upload my joint sponsor documents under the petitioner, they rejected and inform me to add the document under a joint sponsor. QUESTION 1: i have added the joint sponsor and it has been 1 day but under the 'Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence' it displayed as 'N/A' for the added joint sponsor. AND I COUDLDN'T UPLOAD ANY DOCUMENTS IS THAT A NORMAL PROCESS how long it takes. QUESTION2 : I also need to add a household member who is related to the joint sponsor, but when trying to add the household member, I can only select the petitioner (not the joint sponsor) for which sponsor the household member is related too.
