Hey family ! Usics received my ref respond on the 08/05/2024 I got updated yesterday on the 08/06/2024 to rfe received How long does it take to be get a response! and I hope I don’t get no more rfe ! I’m so tired

My friend I have some knew about it ! but family I don’t have family here

My witnesses are all U.S. citizens! just friends since we used to live in another state and our family in different state

I have 4 witnesses from close friends is that good and enough

I text my lawyer she said she’s notarizer and she will do it the notarizing

is it important to have witnesses? Cuse I have police report harassment calls and I have the evaluation and I have a pic of the physical abuse and statement and I have to many good morals from friends Are these are enough for the rfe to prove the abuse

What you mean by notorized it has thier name address and signature

I do have the witnesses letter 3-4 police report calls and text harassment Good moral 6-8 people pic and statement of physical abuse and the evaluation

So if I have a lot of evidence like the other mentioned! I should be fine ? I have everything they require

And the officer needed more details! About it Now I have a real evaluation now I have a pic of physical abuse and a statement by me I have a police report ( calls and text harassment ) I have good morals as well from friends and co worker ! and I have threat text and calls as well screen shot ! I was with my lawyer today and she was like maybe rejecting you and sending you rfe because of your race and you are man I just wanna make sure if I have a good lawyer and evidence is good ! Or the lawyer is right because of my race Cuse she said I should be approved

I think that true because I have a pic of abouse physically and I have statements and pics and text but I think my old lawyer didn’t send anything of it only send the threpy report
