    is it important to have witnesses? Cuse I have police report harassment calls and I have the evaluation and I have a pic of the physical abuse and statement and I have to many good morals from friends Are these are enough for the rfe to prove the abuse

    Hey family please I need an idea or help ! I had bad experience with my old lawyer now I have a new one ! my sec rfe was asking about the letter from my therapist wasn’t an evaluation! And the officer needed more details! About it Now I have a real evaluation now I have a pic of physical abuse and a statement by me I have a police report ( calls and text harassment ) I have good morals as well from friends and co worker ! and I have threat text and calls as well screen shot ! I was with my lawyer today and she was like maybe rejecting you and sending you rfe because of your race and you are man I just wanna make sure if I have a good lawyer and evidence is good ! Or the lawyer is right because of my race Cuse she said I should be approved

    Hey family I hope you guys doing well ! I’m going to respond to my rfe with my lawyer but I need help ! Since I lost hope in lawyer ! i have a pic of physical abuse with statements how does it happen ! I have harassment text with police report ( phone harassment report) I have my old evaluation and I’m doing a new one ! and I have good moral from friends and family ! my lawyer wanted me to see witnesses but I don’t have any ! Since we used to live alone in the state ! what els I can do please and what I have is enough? my rfe was prove of abuse that’s it
