    Hello, My wife recently got her PCC, but I think there's an issue. For some reason they've put MY fathers name on it. So it looks like this: This is to certify that there is no adverse information against Ms. [Wife's first name] [Wife's last name] w/o [My Last Name] [My First Name] [My Dad's First Name] [My Dad's Last Name] Is this normal? Is it ok to submit the document like this?
