yea i think every wk is a little excessive but i do wonder if the people that inquire every 10-15 days actually get somewhere. hard to tell as everything seems to be at random

i don't think it's as consistent as we'd all like to imagine. one of my friends that got her approval on may 3rd still hasn't heard back but yet there's some from may 20th that have. someone mentioned before that maybe they put through cases that had to wait longer in the first part so i would be interested to see if that's true

i don't think anything should change on uscis from this... if you run numbers from years ago that were, their case still shows as approved. but someone please correct me if i'm wrong!

oh wowww they're taking 40 days roughly to even send to the nvc

the other option is to make a note at the bottom that you have a trip booked on x dates. i'm in canada and close enough to the border that i can see it from my house (yes literally) and our lawyer said just to go back 3 yrs and then make a note at the bottom that there might be future trips! i'll also take my report from the border to my interview in case they ask for it

oh wow haha! the least they could do it mainstream it for us😄i believe the reports are valid for 6 months but again that might just be for canada. here's hoping! i would love to see everyone here moved forward quickly☺️

if it's a different country, i don't think you need to worry but someone else can maybe confirm!

basically for the person applying for the visa, you have to put every time you crossed the US border and for how long. but you shouldn't need to worry if she's never come i don't think😊

oh sorry yes, for canadians! but i assume it's probably similar for other countries. i do know someone from aussie that's waiting for her police report as well but it might be quicker for some other countries and it might not hurt for everyone to start getting these in case if some countries are same timeline or longer. my lawyer told me that just literally in the last few days it's started to come really make up time so hopefully it means they'll go thru april quickly and get to us!
