so they actually sent it by mail which was super weird!! but as soon as we submitted pkt3, they sent pkt4 email within 12 hrs

hi! i'm hoping someone can help... our k1 case was received at montreal 12 days ago and i've still not recieved the packet 3 email. is there anyway i can reach out to the embassy and how long has it been taking to get the email? thank you!!
