Why is my receipt notice (which I don't even care about) available as a pdf in my document tab on the site but not this RFE? Just venting. Waiting sucks.

I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet just a message in my progress tab. "We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires." I am feeling stressed and anxious because I already submitted what initial evidence I could come up with. Affidavits from family, a few pictures together, and bank statements / paypal statements showing monthly financial support from me to her. She's a Filipina and I am living in America although I have been spending a lot of time in the Philippines with her in Airbnbs. So I don't know what else I can provide and to see after 13 months that I am only at the stage where they are again requesting initial evidence feels very discouraging. Any insight is much appreciated.

I130 NOA1 to IR1/CR1 Interview . . . roughly 705 days. Is this the relevant information I should be looking at if I am wanting the big picture from submission of the I-130 to getting her to America? Assuming the interview is successful it's 2-4 weeks more to get her visa and then you can book the plane ticket? I have seen some comments about the US Embassy interview in Manila taking 12 months to schedule. Now my math looks like 15 months for the I-130 and then 2 more months and then 4 more months and then 12 more months just for the interview? That puts us way further out than 705 days. Thanks in advance for any insight.

My I-130 was filed a year ago so hopefully I am a few months away from seeing some movement on my case. BUT, I have no idea what to expect next for the total timeline. A month here, 4 months there. Another year? Another 2 years? Even longer? Can it really take a year just to get an appointment at the embassy in Manila? Feeing discouraged, where exactly do I look at data about the total time it takes from submission of the I-130 to booking the flight to America? Thanks so much in advance.

I applied online for the I-130 around 7 months ago. The estimate in the MyProgress tab on the uscis website went from 6 months to 5 months to 4 months then jumped to 15 months. Feeling discouraged and wondering if anyone can shed some light on what to expect? Thanks very much.

Hello. I got married via Utah online weddings and we are waiting on the I-130. Will I have need of an apostilled copy of my US marriage certificate? What would be the situation where this would be needed? Thanks very much in advance.
