yes I have. I just realized that the NVC response was on April 20th. I was providing 2021 tax transcript. Since it was after April 15th, could it be they are expecting 2022 transcripts?

Thanks for quick response. self-employed, entrepreneur, no pay stubs, no employer. Would presenting transcript of the last 5 years help? By the way the exact same income/transcript where presented for father 2 years ago, and was approved in a few weeks.

Help will be appreciated, we don't know how to proceed. We are at the last phase of IR5 immediate relative visa. NVC approved all the civil documents the I864 etc, but we are stuck with the proof of income. We presented the Tax transcript showing income almost 10 times de minimum requirement. But they keep copying/pasting the same answer. “Please submit x's Evidence of Income. For more information, visit nvc.state.gov/fin.” Are the transcript by themselves not enough proof anymore? Do they need to be certified by the IRS or something? thanks
