  1. Bump, anyone have any ideas about this? Cant find any answers
  2. Hello, I am in a unique situation, my only income is from capital gains the last three years, (my adjusted gross income on my tax transcripts from the IRS are x2-3 requirement). I have no W-2's or traditional "job". Will this be enough to show financial support? Will I need to find a joint sponsor? I've read many conflicting things, and can't have my case delayed for months because a RFE (would they even issue a RFE or deny outright?) Thanks for the help
  3. I know it has been asked but... can't find a clear answer. I did the I-130 online... Now is it wise to update.. say every few months with pictures and timeline to show our continued relationship? I dont want to hurt out application by "restarting the timer" each time I submit some more tickets/hotels/photos together. But I also don't want them to get the application and think "wow they have only been together a few months" Thanks!
  4. Getting my timeline pdf ready (with photos, plane tickets, western union receipts...) Can you include FUTURE plans (like a sentence or two, and a reserved event hall receipt) ? We plan to have a celebration when she gets to the US, and also we are having a family celebration overseas in a few months. Obviously I dont want to wait 4 months until we celebrate to get pictures in order to apply! Also. is submitting a cover letter with a story about yourself and spouse in the evidence a good idea? Thanks!
  5. @pushbrk Thanks for the advice. Then says you need a translated page "If your documents are in a foreign language, upload a full English translation and the translator's certification with each original document." Is this even applicable ? It's just a name and a street. It doesnt have a translation
  6. @pushbrk Looking through this older thread. Would Vietnamese be considered Roman? So skip this part even though streets and names have special characters, but they are Latin characters , Thanks so much
