  1. I'm filing my sister's forms for an F3 Visa, and her joint sponsor's documents are not ready yet. I want to change her sponsor, but I can't find an option to remove the current sponsor. I can only add a new one. Is it possible to add the new sponsor and include a written note asking them to remove the original sponsor? Thanks,
  2. They called this morning, and she had all the financial details of the case and didn't ask me any questions other than why we haven't submitted the financial document they need! She said it was a new project for the cases that hadn't progressed! I was very skeptical, and I told her my concern. She said you could end the call if you wanted! I will still inquire to ensure there is no leak from their side, which they are unaware of. She referred to the box on I864 for net income and told me the exact amount on the form!
  3. She was a bit behind. All her documents are uploaded and accepted, but they ask for the sponsor's tax transcript, which we have requested from the IRS. I uploaded a note about obtaining the document from the IRS. It is almost done and ready. I found it odd that NVC made a phone call like that!
  4. My mom received this letter grading my sister's case; she is in the F3 category and current but not DQ yet. Is it normal for NVC to call Petioner?! I read on their website that they will never call. This is the email address and email itself:
  5. good to hear that there won't be any issue with traveling, thank you very much for helping me, I was chasing my tale for a while
  6. That is true, but we are planning a summer trip, and I would rather have it even though the visa on our passports is considered a GC for one year.
  7. Oh, I see. On the e-request that I filed, it says they will get back to me by June 20, which means it will take another 2-3 months!! It is frustrating.....
  8. Yes, it says the payment has been received. If you haven't received it by 90 days, do the e-request, which I did.
  9. It hasn't been issued yet; since it has been more than 90 days, I filed an E-Request. Thanks again!
  10. That was the catch! Thank you, thank you!!
  11. I guessed to choose I90, but when I selected OS155A, I got the same error! The receipt number is the one on the left corner of my I797 form, right? Thanks for your response,
  12. This is precisely where I entered my info. I chose I90, and the error I am getting is this one: I received mine but not my kids; it is 3 months since we landed
  13. I hope someone can help me. I immigrated to the US with my kids in February 2024 and received my green card at the end of March, but my kids have not received theirs yet. Where can I follow up? I tried to do it on the USCIS website, but it won't let me submit with the choice of I-90! I would appreciate it if anyone could help.
  14. Thank you very much; it's almost after 15 years!!! I thought the fee was higher than that! Do I have to make an account on this page?
