  1. Thank you so much @Texasbound1 I thought they'd ask for all my international travels from Canada to other destinations than the States so I should have got it from Canada or something
  2. Hi @ALL Does anybody know how to get a 5yr travel history for the interview since seems like it is frequently asked during the interview so I'd like to get prep'd?
  3. Congrats! So happy for you @topman I think I'm gonna need to file the WoM lawsuit as well. Did you file it thru Hacking firm? How much in total did the whole thing cost in USD?
  4. Oh, I forgot to mention, those who have educational background or worked in the "TAL" like myself who have a PhD in AI and am working in this field are subject to another security check called "Visas Mantis"...
  5. I did a bit of research in terms of Administrative Processing (AP) especially to see why and for whom it gets initiated and found the following links super informative, so sharing them here hopefully they would be helpful. https://www.greencardlawyers.com/answers_for/VisaProcessing/visasecuritychecks.html#The Visas Condor: Heightened Security Checks https://www.greencardlawyers.com/answers_for/VisaProcessing/TALFieldsList.html https://immigration.dinsmore.com/faq/travel/security-advisory-opinions According to this, and reading some statistics here and there, the chances of me getting into the "Condor" security check which is done as part of AP would be %99 due to my field of work/education in addition to the fact that I was born in "T-7" countries and as it states it doesn't matter if I've got my Canadian citizenship nor the fact that I moved to Canada when I was 11. @topman, @RKD, @Gha, @farzady, @Benham Are you guys still in AP?
  6. ROW = Rest Of the World (applicants who are born in any country other than China, India, Philippines) NIW = National Interest Waiver (a category of employment based immigration visa which you don't need a sponsor. Hope this helps.
  7. I've traveled to the States 2 times from Canada since I got DQ'd once flew and once drove, there was no issue at the border whatsoever
  8. Do we know how many E2 cases that are already DQ'd pending for an interview in Montreal?
  9. Does anybody have any idea of what the chances are for being put on the Administrative Processing after the interview if the principal applicant or their spouse is born in Middle East countries but they both are Canadian citizen?
  10. @3LabMom Did your IL get emailed or mailed to your home address?
  11. @3LabMom Did they ask for the original or photocopies of the documents sent to USCIS too e.g., publications, citations, recommendation letters, degrees, certifications, etc.? Because if they do then I'm gonna need to take 3-4 suitcases of documents with me LOL
  12. @DrJh07 Fantastic! Would you mind telling me what the columns D1-I1 represent, I mean "VJ Profile" columns?
  13. Thanks @DrJh07 My category (date of filing as oppoed to final action date) in the visa bulletin is not retrogressed, at least not yet lol
  14. Thanks so much @alc I was wondering why would you think that I won't have to wait that long, just so I can sleep better (which is great)?
  15. I've noticed the latest update says most EB cases that are scheduled for an interview, DQ'd in Jan 2021 so does this mean that I need to wait ~2 years for my IL?? https://ca.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/consular-operations-updates/
  16. Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I've been DQ'd 35 days ago and waiting for an IL from MTL so wanted to see when I should be able to receive it. I know that nobody has a crystal ball but just a rough idea would be great since I'm getting a generic response from NVC and MTL consulate everytime I contacted them LOL Category: EB2-NIW
