  1. Do you mean I should say "no" to the question? Because the question says, "Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?"
  2. Yes, it was employment-based and my ex-wife was given a green card because of my petition. So, she is a derivative beneficiary.
  3. I am going to file an I-130 soon for my wife (remarriage). Then, I have a question about "Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?" I filed I-485 for myself and for my ex-wife years ago before my naturalization, then, divorced. I recently naturalized to the USA. I have not filed an I-130 after I got the US citizenship for anyone and this I-130 is the first one for my wife (remarriage). Should I answer the question, "Yes?" and list my ex-wife in the answer to the question? Thank you in advance for your help.
