    Isn’t it non immigrant? I tried both but it said my case number was invalid.

    I just got an email today with my case number! there is no invoice ID in the email so I’m not sure how I can check the status to see when it arrives at the embassy.

    My I-797 says it’s valid till 7-27-2023. I assume with the long delays of it even getting to the NVC they will automatically extend it’s validity?

    4 inquiries later they notified me that NVC has received my case. I really hope it starts moving fast.

    So what’s the difference between the public inquiry and the nvcresearchstate.gov? I got a response from my 2nd inquiry and they still haven’t even received my case.

    My NOA2 was 3/28/2023 I just got a response from my 2nd inquiry. They have not received my petition from the USCIS yet.
