But according to the NVC : My Case became Documentary Qualified on 23 September 2022, so... Maybe i could get an interview way sooner.

Good day, My priority date is finally CURRENT for the upcoming March 2024 visa bulletin !!! I remarked that my priority date was 17-June-2020 but when i checked again, it changed to 12-June-2020, is this something normal !!?? My case was documentary qualified on 23 September 2022. However, I transferred my case from the U.S. Embassy in Haiti to the Dominican Republic, on 25 August 2023. I understand that the National Visa Center (NVC) schedules appointments on a first-in, first-out basis, and I am trying to estimate my wait time for an interview appointment. So since when am i waiting for an appointment, what is my first-in date ? So how long do i have to wait for NVC to schedule an interview once your my case is current now? Thank you.

I transfered my case to the US embassy in Santo, i got DQ'd (documentary qualified) in September 23, 2022 before i transfered it in August 25, 2023 I know that that interview are based on first come first served basis, so i wonder if my DQ'd date is reset or it's still matters. Also do you have estimations to how long i may wait till i get an interview... ?
