    How much time does NVC takes to accept the rejected document after resubmitting? And if in between we raise any query on Ask NVC does that impact on accepting time for submitted document?

    For IR1 category, The file is placed by my husband, currently is at NVC. So my question was I'm professional licensed Registered Nurse and has a license to work in US, cleared the exam in India. The senerio had occurred that one of my family member in US has undergone a major surgery for BKA. And is in need for care giver. So will I be able to get an early interview date after receiving my DQ. If we submit all required reports and letter from the doctor of US?
