Income level for i-864 sponsor should be fine , don't think property sale will be completed until after aos submitted

Looking to send AOS package shortly however we are also looking at buying property which would obviously change our asset/liabilities. Will this cause problems ? Thanks

Hi question - travelled back to the us on F1 status on opt after brief 10 days in UK. OPT end date on i20 finishes early June didnt realise that I needed to renew my visa stamp in passport as it was expired , until too late. Managed to get on the flight back to the US and when i arrived they did send me to secondary person as first immigration desk said he couldnt deal with me. The second person checked my passport/i20 etc and did let me through . We talked about my employment and then he sent me on my way and entered all my details onto the computer . I have checked my i94 and it does show entry was as F1 and duration still showing as d/s I know I should have known about renewing it and only being valid while still in the states , however stupidly I presummed the new I20 together with original visa stamp and EAD was enough . I wouldnt have travelled out of the states. I will be marrying my American of over two years shortly and applying for AOS . My question is when I send a copy of my visa stamp with my application , will it have a negative effect on my application Any help would be appreciated Thanks
