Hi, I asked the question on a site called AVVO where lawyers reply to your question , They all said if planning on using husband surname moving forward then use on all immigration forms . My main concern was identification being in maiden name but I'm sure that shouldn't be a problem . Hope this helps others

Conflicting information , some say maiden some say married , really concerned I'll get this wrong Would love to hear from someone who has been in same situation

Hi I am packaging up my application to include i-130 ,i30A, i-485, i-131 and i765 together I have looked at some info online and it seems to indicate that USCIS are only wanting one copy of any identification requirements not 1 for each part of the total application Im confused as I was looking to put relevant id for each section , but is this really require Help
