Dear community,
I went to the SSA close home in march 7, I gave them my passport, my driver license and my permit work and they gave a letter saying that the process could take up to 4 weeks. I have been calling them and going back to the SSA where I applied for the social security number for first time and they say that my process is still pending and when I ask them to apply again they say that is impossible because I have a case opened already… I have been checking the status on save and this is what appears. I also tried to go to another SSA close home different than the first one and they said that I can’t apply twice for the same process in different office 🤯🤯🤯 is almost 2 months ago that I applied and it’s driving me crazy… can someone give me any advice about it. I will appreciate it.

I went to the same SSA again on Monday and I asked for that, the woman who was helping me told me that I can’t summit a new request because I already have one in process 😓

I received my permit work in march 24 but without my SSN that’s why on April 7 I went to SSA close home and gave them my passport, my license and my permit work, they said it could take up to 4 weeks, I contacted them yesterday and they said that my process is still pending and under review by USCIS, I don’t know what else to do… 😔
