Dear community,

I went to the SSA close home in march 7, I gave them my passport, my driver license and my permit work and they gave a letter saying that the process could take up to 4 weeks. I have been calling them and going back to the SSA where I applied for the social security number for first time and they say that my process is still pending and when I ask them to apply again they say that is impossible because I have a case opened already… I have been checking the status on save and this is what appears. I also tried to go to another SSA close home different than the first one and they said that I can’t apply twice for the same process in different office 🤯🤯🤯 is almost 2 months ago that  I applied and it’s driving me crazy… can someone give me any advice about it. I will appreciate it.
