    Hi.im a bit confused.A lawyer told me i dont qualify for N-600k form because i acquired US citizenship prior to giving birth? Anyone who can help me with this? They are telling me to use CRBA instead yet i dont qualify as i wasnt physicaly present in the usa before giving birth hence the reason for opting for form N600k.

    Hi.has any one finalized the N 600k in their home country at local embassy? I think there is a local field office for USCIS in my country. Especially if the kids are too young for an oath.is travelling necessary
